Founder, Coach & Yoga Teacher
I am a qualified social worker (B.A. of Social Work) with more than 10 years of experience in counselling and project management.
I have been passionate about practising yoga for many years for my own personal benefit. My love of yoga led me to the decision to complete my training in 2013 and become a certified yoga teacher under the guidance of Surinder Singh. My training combined classical Ayurveda, Pranayama and traditional Hatha Yoga Asana practice. Since then, I have deepened my training as a Yoga teacher through Iyengar Yoga practice at the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga School Dharamsala under the guidance of Sharat Arora.
After my training, I instructed yoga classes alongside my main job as a social worker. Through my years of experience in sharing and teaching yoga to people of all walks of life, it became obvious to me that the yoga experience is highly individual and therefore should be met with an equally personalized approach. In 2017, I followed this passion, took the plunge and founded Our Mind in Motion, becoming a full-time yoga instructor.
I offer one-on-one sessions and group classes that combine coaching, pranayama, meditation and asana practice to meet the needs and wishes of my clients in a more holistic way.
My husband Daniel and I have lived and worked abroad for many years now and feel quite at home in multicultural teams and communities. I am happy to share my knowledge and expertise in English and German.

Co-Founder, Coach & Mediator
I am a qualified social worker (B.A. of Social Work) and have counselled and supported people of diverse cultural and social backgrounds for many years. In 2016, I undertook more study and completed my advanced training to become a conflict mediator.
Through my work as a consultant and through my own personal life experiences, I am convinced that successful communication is a core element of personal development and problem-solving. I strive to continuously improve my communication skills and work as a coach and counsellor.
It is my professional belief that the clients should be considered the 'experts' on their problems and can be guided and supported to generate solutions from within themselves. Coaching and conflict mediation can assist clients in using their own insight as a resource in the problem solving process. As co-founder of Our Mind in Motion, it is my mission to provide a range of services that focus on the interplay of body and mind from a holistic point of view.
All coaching and conflict mediation sessions can take place in German and English.
